There is no charge for a consultation, design or lighting demonstration.

We begin by talking to you to determine your vision for your property.  A working field study is the basis of a proposal for a lighting demonstration.

Our projects vary widely in scope. All of our installations are comprised of brass LED fixtures.  Our installed price per fixture is $425.  This price includes a brass LED fixture, Cree LEDs, installation of the fixture, trenching to the various fixture locations, a digital multi-tap transformer, wire, all connectors and switching controls.  Many clients will decide to install the lighting in phases.  This reduces the fixture count to get within budget.   Additional fixtures can be added on to the system at any time. 

Yes

The lighting design is reviewed at a "night-set" when you will walk the property and confirm that each light is doing what it was intended to do. The job is complete when the you says it is. If any fixture is not satisfactory for any reason, we will remove it and credit your account.

Yes. All fixtures, lamps, transformers, and electrical work are guaranteed for 2 years. Damage resulting from excavation, landscaping, construction, hurricanes, flooding, or lightning are not covered.

Our experience is that most of our clients want to keep it as simple as possible.   Virtually all our clients have their lighting come on automatically each night and turn off at a specified time. (For most this is 12 midnight.) 

Either a digital transformer or a WiFi module with a phone Ap will control your lighting.

Lightscapes is a design and build company. It is important to us that your lighting system looks its best in the years ahead. Your landscaper will play a key role in maintaining your system.  Your lighting system has been designed to withstand the elements. Your landscape lighting needs a minimum amount of maintenance to keep it looking its' best. Because your landscaping is alive and growing, it will need adjustments from time to time. Your landscaper can assist by pruning back shrubs and trees around your fixtures. A little extra care by your landscaper will keep your fixtures free of debris.  An annual system check is recommended.
